サービスの内容お客様に代わって荷物を受け取り、記録および到着のご連絡を行い、ご指示に応じて保管、引き渡し、処分、またはお見積りのうえでの発送を行う役務
販売価格
  • 基本料金　3か月ごと3,300円、1年分は12,100円（月あたり1,100円。住所の発行、月2個までの荷受けを含む）
  • 荷受け手数料　1個 550円（3個目から）
  • 延長保管料　1個1日 110円（到着日から15日目以降）
  • ご指定住所への発送　お見積り（ご希望の場合のみ。重量で料金が変わるため、お荷物をお預かりしてからのお見積り）
  • 関税・輸入消費税の立替手数料　立替額の4%
表示価格はすべて税込です。
商品代金以外に必要な料金関税、輸入消費税その他の輸入に伴う公租公課、配送業者が請求する保管料や再配達料、お振込みの場合の振込手数料。これらはお客様のご負担となります。
支払方法銀行振込。お振込先は、ご請求のご案内とあわせてメールでご案内します。
支払時期基本料金は3か月分または1年分を前払いいただきます。基本料金、荷受け手数料、保管料、発送料および立替金は、いずれもご請求のご案内から7日以内にお振込みください。
役務の提供時期本人確認の完了後、通常2営業日以内に受け取り住所を発行します。荷受け後のご連絡は到着当日です。発送をご希望の場合は、お見積りのご承諾とお支払いの確認後、2営業日以内に発送します。
キャンセル・返金役務の性質上、提供済みの役務についての返金はいたしかねます。基本料金は3か月または1年単位でのご契約となり、期間の途中で解約された場合も、未経過分の返金は行いません。解約のお申し出は次回請求日の7日前までにご連絡ください。受け取りをお断りした荷物の返送費用はお客様のご負担となります。
お取り扱いできない荷物医薬品、医薬部外品、医療機器、個人使用の範囲を超える化粧品、酒類、たばこ、現金および有価証券、生鮮品、危険物、銃砲刀剣類、ワシントン条約の規制対象品、模倣品、信書、生き物その他当社が不適当と判断したもの
特別な条件本サービスの住所は、法人登記および特定商取引法に基づく表記の所在地としてはご利用いただけません。本人確認が完了していないお客様には受け取り住所を発行しません。

Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

Prices
  • Base fee ¥3,300 per quarter or ¥12,100 for a year, being ¥1,100 a month, including the address and the first two parcels each month
  • Handling ¥550 per parcel from the third parcel
  • Storage ¥110 per parcel per day from day 15
  • Shipping to your address, quoted on request once the parcel is with us
  • Advance of duty and import consumption tax, 4% of the amount
All prices include tax.
Other amounts payableCustoms duty, import consumption tax and other charges arising on import, storage or redelivery charges levied by carriers, and bank transfer fees. These are the customer's responsibility.
Payment methodsBank transfer. Account details are emailed with each invoice.
Payment timingThe base fee is payable three months or a year in advance. That fee, and handling, storage, carriage and any amount advanced, are payable by bank transfer within 7 days of the invoice notice.
When the service is providedThe receiving address is issued within two working days of verification being completed. Arrival notices are sent the day a parcel arrives. Where shipping is requested, we quote once the parcel is with us and despatch within two working days of payment.
Cancellation and refundsServices already performed are not refundable. The base fee is charged three months or a year at a time and is not refunded for the unused part of a period. Give 7 days notice before the next billing date to close an account. Return carriage on a refused parcel is the customer's cost.
Parcels not acceptedMedicines, quasi drugs and medical devices, cosmetics beyond personal quantities, alcohol, tobacco, cash and securities, perishables, dangerous goods, firearms and blades, CITES controlled items, counterfeits, correspondence, live animals, and anything else we judge unsuitable
Particular conditionsThe address may not be used as a registered company address or as the address in a notice under this Act. No address is issued before verification is complete.

服务内容代客户签收包裹，进行记录与到货通知，并依客户指示保管、交付或处分，或在报价并获确认后寄送
价格
  • 基本费　每三个月3,300日元，一年12,100日元（相当于每月1,100日元。含地址发放与每月2件收件）
  • 收件手续费　每件550日元（自第3件起）
  • 延长保管费　每件每天110日元（自到货日起第15天起）
  • 寄送至您指定的地址　按包裹报价（仅限提出要求时）
  • 关税与进口消费税的代垫手续费　代垫金额的4%
以上金额均为含税价。
商品价款以外的费用关税、进口消费税及其他因进口产生的公课，承运商收取的保管费或再投递费，以及汇款手续费。以上均由客户承担。
付款方式银行转账。账户信息将随请款通知以电子邮件告知。
付款时间基本费按三个月或一年预付。基本费、收件手续费、保管费、寄送费用与代垫金，均请于收到请款通知后7日内汇款。
服务提供时间身份确认完成后，通常在2个工作日内发放收件地址。到货通知于包裹送达当天发出。如需寄送，我们在收到包裹后报价，并于确认付款后2个工作日内寄出。
取消与退款基于服务性质，已提供的服务不予退款。基本费以三个月或一年为一期，期间内解约亦不退还未使用部分。解约请于下次请款日的7日前联系我们。被拒收包裹的退回运费由客户承担。
无法收寄的物品药品、医药部外品、医疗器械、超出个人使用范围的化妆品、酒类、烟草、现金与有价证券、生鲜食品、危险品、枪炮刀剑类、华盛顿公约管制物品、仿冒品、信件、活体动物，以及其他我们认为不适宜的物品
特别条件本服务的地址不可用于法人登记，亦不可用作特定商取引法标示上的所在地。未完成身份确认的客户不予发放收件地址。
