海外通販の荷物を、大阪でお預かりします
Cloud PO Box は、海外から届くお荷物をお客様に代わって受け取り、お預かりするサービスです。ご指定のご住所への発送は、ご希望に応じてお見積りのうえ承ります。ご自宅の住所を海外のショップに登録したくない方、複数のお荷物をまとめて受け取りたい方、日中の受け取りが難しい方にご利用いただいています。国際輸送と通関を本業とする体制で運営しているため、英語でのやり取りや配送業者からの問い合わせにもそのまま対応できます。
ご利用の流れ
- 01お申し込みと本人確認
下記のフォームからお申し込みください。法令に基づき、ご契約前に本人確認を行います。
- 02専用の受け取り住所を発行
お客様専用のBOX番号付きの住所をお渡しします。海外のショップにはこの住所をご登録ください。
- 03到着のご連絡
お荷物が届いた当日に、外装のお写真を添えてご連絡します。
- 04ご指示をいただく
現在は、14日以内に店頭でお引き取りいただくか、廃棄をご指示ください。15日目以降は、お荷物1個につき1日110円の保管料が発生します。ご指定のご住所への発送をご希望の場合は、お荷物ごとに料金が異なりますので、お問い合わせください。
- 05お引き取りとご精算
店頭でお引き取りいただき、保管料が発生している場合はあわせてご精算します。発送をご希望の場合は、お見積りのご承諾とお支払いの確認後、2営業日以内に発送します。
受け取り住所の書き方
お荷物には、必ずお客様ご本人のお名前とBOX番号をご記入ください。この形式でないと、お荷物をお客様のものとして特定できず、受け取りをお断りする場合があります。
海外のショップの入力欄が分かれている場合は、Address line 1 に住所、Address line 2 に「c/o Plus Forwarding BOX 0000」、Name にお客様のお名前をご入力ください。

表示価格はすべて税込です。

関税と消費税について
お荷物の輸入者はお客様ご本人です。当方はお預かりと、ご希望に応じた発送のみを行います。関税、輸入消費税、通関に関するご負担はお客様に帰属します。
配送業者が配達時に集金する場合と、後日ご請求になる場合があります。当方が立て替えた場合は、立替額に手数料を加えてご請求します。
お取り扱いできないもの
- 医薬品、医薬部外品、医療機器
- 個人使用の範囲を超える化粧品
- 酒類、たばこ
- 現金、有価証券、金券類
- 生鮮品、冷蔵冷凍を要するもの
- 危険物（引火性の液体、スプレー缶、リチウム電池単体など）
- 銃砲刀剣類
- ワシントン条約の規制対象品
- 模倣品、知的財産権を侵害するもの
- 信書（お手紙）、生き物
お荷物の中身が上記に該当すると判断した場合、受け取りをお断りし、差出人へ返送するか、法令に従って処理します。ご不明なものは、ご注文前にお問い合わせください。
本人確認について
犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律に基づき、住所の発行前に本人確認を行っています。お申し込みフォームから、次のいずれかをご提出ください。
- 個人のお客様 運転免許証、マイナンバーカード（表面）、パスポート、在留カードのいずれか
- 法人のお客様 発行から3か月以内の履歴事項全部証明書、代表者様の顔写真つき本人確認書類、実質的支配者に関する申告書
書類のご提出後、発行した受け取り住所とBOX番号を、ご本人確認書類に記載のご住所あてに転送不要郵便でお送りします。法令上の非対面の本人確認手続きにあたるもので、ご住所の確認を兼ねています。
ご提出いただいた書類は、法令で定められた期間、施錠された環境で保管し、本人確認以外の目的には使用しません。

A receiving address in Osaka for the things you buy abroad
Cloud PO Box receives parcels on your behalf and holds them for you to collect. Shipping on to an address in Japan is available on request, priced parcel by parcel. It is for people who would rather not give a home address to an overseas shop, who want several orders consolidated into one delivery, or who are not home when couriers call. We run it on the back of an international freight and customs operation, so correspondence in English and questions from carriers are handled as a matter of course.
How it works
- 01Apply and verify
Send the form below. Identity verification is required by law before an address can be issued.
- 02Receive your address
You are given an address with your own box number. Use it at checkout on overseas shops.
- 03We tell you it arrived
Same day, with a photograph of the parcel as it reached us.
- 04You decide
For now, either collect your parcel within 14 days or ask us to dispose of it. From day 15 storage is ¥110 per parcel per day. If you would like parcels shipped on to you, get in touch, as that fee varies with each parcel.
- 05Collection and settlement
Collect it here and settle any storage at the same time. Where you have accepted a shipping quote, we despatch within two working days of payment.
How to address a parcel
Every parcel must carry your own name and your box number. Without both we cannot identify the parcel as yours, and we may have to refuse it.
Where a shop splits the address into lines, put the street address in line 1, "c/o Plus Forwarding BOX 0000" in line 2, and your own name in the name field.

All prices include tax.

Duty and consumption tax
You are the importer of the goods. We receive and hold them, and ship them on where you ask us to. Customs duty, import consumption tax and anything arising from clearance are yours.
Carriers collect at the door in some cases and invoice later in others. Where we settle it for you, we bill the amount plus the advance fee.
What we cannot accept
- Medicines, quasi drugs and medical devices
- Cosmetics beyond personal quantities
- Alcohol and tobacco
- Cash, securities and gift certificates
- Fresh, chilled or frozen goods
- Dangerous goods, including flammable liquids, aerosols and loose lithium batteries
- Firearms and blades
- Anything controlled under CITES
- Counterfeits and goods infringing intellectual property
- Letters and correspondence, and live animals
Where we judge that a parcel contains any of the above, we will refuse it and either return it to the sender or deal with it as the law requires. If you are unsure about something, ask us before you order.
Identity verification
Verification before an address is issued is required under the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds. Please attach one of the following to the form.
- Individuals a driving licence, My Number card (front), passport, or residence card
- Companies a 履歴事項全部証明書 issued within three months, photo identification for the representative, and a declaration of beneficial ownership
Once we have your document, your address and box number are sent by non forwardable post to the address shown on that document. This is the verification method the law sets out for customers we do not meet in person, and it confirms your address at the same time.
Documents are held securely for the period the law requires and are used for nothing other than verification.

在大阪代收您的海外网购包裹
Cloud PO Box 代您签收从海外寄来的包裹并代为保管。若需寄送至您在日本指定的地址，我们会在收到包裹后报价并寄出。适合不希望把住家地址留给海外商店的人、想把多笔订单合并成一次配送的人，以及白天不方便签收的人。我们以国际货运与报关为本业，因此英文往来以及承运商的查询都能直接处理。
使用流程
- 01申请与身份确认
请填写下方表单。依照法律规定，开通前须完成身份确认。
- 02发放专属收件地址
您会取得一个带有专属 BOX 编号的地址，在海外商店结账时填写这个地址。
- 03到货通知
包裹送达当天通知您，并附上外箱照片。
- 04由您决定
目前请在14天内到店自取，或指示我们丢弃。自第15天起，每件每天收取110日元保管费。若希望我们将包裹寄送给您，费用因包裹而异，请与我们联系。
- 05自取与结算
到店自取，并同时结清保管费。若您已确认发货报价，我们在收到付款后2个工作日内寄出。
收件地址的写法
包裹上必须同时写明您本人的姓名与BOX 编号。缺少其中一项，我们就无法确认包裹属于您，可能会拒收。
若商店的地址栏位分成多行，请在第一行填写街道地址，第二行填写 c/o Plus Forwarding BOX 0000，姓名栏填写您本人的姓名。
费用
以下金额均为含税价。

关于关税与消费税
包裹的进口人是您本人。我们仅提供代收、保管，以及按要求的寄送。关税、进口消费税以及通关相关的一切费用由您承担。
承运商有时在派送时当场收取，有时事后请款。若由我们代垫，将按代垫金额加计手续费向您结算。
无法收寄的物品
- 药品、医药部外品、医疗器械
- 超出个人使用范围的化妆品
- 酒类、烟草
- 现金、有价证券、礼券
- 生鲜食品、需冷藏冷冻的物品
- 危险品（易燃液体、喷雾罐、单独的锂电池等）
- 枪炮刀剑类
- 华盛顿公约管制物品
- 仿冒品、侵害知识产权的物品
- 信件、活体动物
若我们判断包裹内容属于上述物品，将拒绝收件，退回寄件人，或依法处理。若不确定某项物品是否可寄，请在下单前先与我们联系。
关于身份确认
依据《犯罪收益转移防止法》，我们在发放地址前须完成身份确认。请在申请表单中提交下列任一文件。
- 个人客户 驾驶执照、个人编号卡（正面）、护照或在留卡
- 法人客户 三个月内核发的履历事项全部证明书、代表人的附照片身份证件、实质控制人申报书
收到文件后，我们会将发放的收件地址与 BOX 编号，以不可转寄邮件寄送至身份证件上记载的地址。这是法律为非面对面客户所规定的确认方式，同时也完成地址核实。
提交的文件将依法定期限在上锁的环境中保管，除身份确认外不作其他用途。
